Orders for plaques can be received by post, fax or e-mail at anytime.

TELEPHONE ORDERS will be accepted between 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday, However, for orders were detailed information has not been previously received and although we take every effort to confirm for spelling/details we do not take responsibility for incorrect spelling, information or design layout.

DELIVERY DEADLINES

FOR PLAQUES

·	Weekly plaques shapes at least 10 working days prior to the requested delivery date.

·	Non Weekly plaque shapes, at least 14 working days prior to the requested delivery date.

·	Special plaque orders e.g. specific designs, new motifs or large order qty. Please enquire when placing the order.

To help us ensure the quality and to meet with your event deadlines especially around holiday periods, please order your plaques as soon as numbers are available.

FOR PHOTO PRINTED, ENGRAVED AND VINYLS / BANNERS

·	Approx. 14 working days prior to the requested delivery date.

DESPATCHING -

We as standard, despatch orders using Royal Mail on a 1st Class delivery. Whilst every effort is made for the safe arrival of your order, we hold no responsibility for the order once it has been dispatched. To produce a repeat order you will be charged. We can send only if requested your order on a recorded delivery or courier service delivery on standard orders, please be aware that these options do hold a higher postage & packaging premium.

On larger orders of a much greater value we will use our discretion and send these by either recorded delivery or a courier delivery service.
