FAQ's

Why can I not load the motif image page?
You will need to install Adobe Acrobat version 6.0 or higher in order to view the motif images in 'Portable Document Format'.

What size or percentage are the motif images when an 'a' or 'b' is shown e.g. 1062 &a.?
As shown in the book is more or less the size of the motif held. When an 'a' or 'b' option is available they are smaller or larger options of the size held, the reduction or increase is not a specific size or percentage. As a rule it is merely stating that there are options for different size plaques. If you have any queries please contact the office.

Can we curve text for any shape plaque?
The print is all arranged by hand with individual type sets. The type for standard plaques can only therefore be in straight lines. However, if you do require the text to be in curved or shaped patterns please contact the office who will assist you with the options you can take.

Can you produce different plaque shapes to our requirements?
Yes, we can produce any plaque shape that you require. If you send the us your design we would be happy to give you a quotation. Extra lead time for delivery will be required.

Can you produce different motif images?
Yes, however you maybe charge for the printing block. Extra lead time for delivery will be required.

For late ordering can you guarantee delivery turnaround?
We will always do our very best to help with your requirements but do not offer any guarantee's for
deliveries if ordered outside our delivery time scales.

Once an order is placed can I increase the amount at a later date before the rally?
We can not guarantee that we are able to increase the amount after an order is placed. Due to the manufacturing stages of the plaque, once they have been started we are unable to increase the amount.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by cheque and cash or through Pay Pal payments. (A Charge may apply when using this Credit Card payment facility.)
